  • Representation of client in complex financial remedy proceedings concerning pension assets worth over £1m to include the instruction of a pension actuary and obtaining a Financial Remedy Order at the Financial Dispute Resolution stage.
  • Representing grandparent in Children Act Proceedings 1989 which were contested by the parents of the child resulting in an Order being obtained at the First Hearing Dispute Resolution stage on behalf of the grandparent.
