There are 42 luxury apartments in this stunning location and the gross development value is expected to be around £600m.
  • Advising British Land PLC throughout this development and sales programme of their super-prime Clarges, Mayfair development opposite the Ritz since the decision was made to purchase the original office building, knock it down and create some ultra-luxury residential apartments.
