Environment

FIDAL‘s environmental law department is organised into 12 regional divisions specialising in environmental law. In addition to its general environmental law expertise, the firm has developed special expertise in matters relating to water law, circular economy, waste management, brownfield sites, remediation, and environmental liabilities. Standout individual Christophe Puel is the national director of the firm’s environment department and is regularly involved in assisting companies in connection with industrial accidents. Other key contact Thibaut Geib has strong expertise in environmental industrial law, polluted land matters, and the environmental-aspects of green real estate projects.
