Demonstrating ‘broad expertise in higher education, both within the US and internationally’, the Washington DC-based team at Hogan Lovells US LLP routinely acts as lead counsel for universities and medical centers involved in investigations, as well as providing support with litigation and regulatory compliance mandates. The practice is co-directed by firm global education lead Stephanie Gold, who specializes in sensitive regulatory compliance matters, government investigations, litigation, and corporate transactions in the education sector. Alongside her, the ’nothing less than outstanding’ William Ferreira heads up the firm’s global public procurement practice and has experience advising clients in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
