  • Advised Hastings Direct on a claim by a Claimant cyclist against their insured driver. The Claimant sustained an incomplete spinal injury and in later life would be confined to a wheelchair and require 24hour care.
  • Representing a local authority on this data breach claim that allegedly resulted in psychological injury.
