  • Represented Vranken Pommery in a court case initiated by anti-alcohol association ANPAA in a dispute regarding a promotional game organized by the Casino Barrière allowing the winners to win bottles of champagnes ‘Pommery’.
  • Acted as counsel to Havana Club in a court case initiated by anti-alcohol association ANPAA in a dispute regarding an advertisement for Havana Club that the association considers to be contrary to the provisions of the Evin law.
