Situated within the firm’s finance and corporate practice, Mourant‘s capital markets offering advises on a range of matters spanning debt and equity transactions, with particular expertise advising on cash box structures. Beyond this, the practice is well versed in structured finance matters, while also handling an increasing number of risk retention structures concerning CLOs for both European and US clients.
