Beale & Co’s competition team welcomed the arrival of new practice head Paul Henty from Charles Russell Speechlys LLP in July 2021; he advises on merger control issues, behavioural competition matters and state aid.

Founded in Brussels, competition boutique Geradin Partners launched a London office in May 2021 with the recruitment of Tom Smith from the Competition and Markets Authority, where he was a legal director.
