  • Grainger and Transport for London have formed a joint venture, Connected Living London. The principal business of the JV is to acquire, develop, let and operate real estate in the private rental sector. Sites will be sourced from the existing property portfolio of TfL. In that regard, the team is advising the JV on two potential development schemes at Nine Elms and Woolwich which will deliver in excess of 900 units.
