  • Acting for Westminster Development Services Limited which is developing the famous building known as The Old War Office on Whitehall in London. The project is attracting huge media interest and is achieving records on pricing.   • Assisting an individual with the purchase of an estate in Essex valued at over £6m which involved complex negotiations and bridging finance which had to be put in place at short notice whilst the clients were overseas.
  • Dealing with the sale of a residential property worth £20m and special purchase vehicle, working alongside its corporate team. The property had been rebuilt and so there were a number of complex construction and planning aspects. Furthermore, the property was on an estate with restrictions, so it was necessary to evidence consent to the build and deal with the estate’s requirements for the transfer.
  • Advising on the sale for an investor company of a house in Hyde Park Gate and a Mews House worth £15m.
