  • Representing AIG in an action filed by the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority against an international contractor (Abengoa) and the bond company (AIG) in relation to a construction project to revamp the electric power infrastructure in Puerto Rico.

  • Defending Home Depot Puerto Rico against a lawsuit under the Americans with Disability Act claiming violations of the act as well as its counterpart in the Code of Federal Regulations.
  • Defended landlords in federal court from multi-site tenants in a lawsuit seeking the amendment of ten commercial leases, rent abatement and damages as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
