Howells is also active for the Welsh Government in connection with the Covid-19 Public Inquiry. Williams KC has broad experience, including in relation to workplace fatalities, deaths in custody, and road traffic accidents, and is also involved in the Covid-19 Public Inquiry, having been instructed on behalf of Covid-19 Bereaved Families for Justice Cymru.
