  • Acted on behalf of public body IFEMA in an appeal before EUIPO’s Second Board of Appeal against the Opposition Division’s decision to reject the client’s opposition to the registration of the “vivo IFEA” trade mark by Chinese telecoms giant Vivo Mobile Communication.
