In Sweden, there are mainly two systems for resolving a commercial dispute; litigation or arbitration. To effectively navigate the Swedish legal landscape, it is crucial to understand the intricate aspects of both systems. 1. LITIGATION

An appeal must normally be made within three weeks of the district court´s decision. In many cases, a leave to appeal is required for the court of appeal to try the case.
