  • Represented the Swiss ancillary insolvency estate of Manfred Schmider, among others, with regard to a lawsuit that was filed by the Swiss ancillary insolvency estate against a third party and based on a settlement agreement concluded between the foreign insolvency administrator and the third party to amicably solve several claw-back claims of the foreign insolvency estate.
  • Advised the German insolvency administrator of OpenLimit SignCubes AG, among others, with regard to the cooperation with the administrator of the Swiss composition proceedings which were conducted over the Swiss group company prior to the opening of insolvency proceedings.
  • Advised SEFE Schweiz AG with regard to various aspects of its restructuring, following its coming under the sole ownership of the Federal Government of Germany, as a result of the invasion of Ukraine.
