  • Represented Glow Oil FZC (charterers) in a cargo contamination dispute against shipowners due to breach of the charterparty regarding tank cleaning. Successfully negotiated a mutual termination of the Charterparty and obtained full security for the claim without litigation. Commenced LMAA arbitration, where owners admitted their breach based on pleadings.
  • Represented Southern Petroleum in a prolonged and complex litigation battle spanning seven years involving a bunker delivery claim.
