  • Bignon Lebray Supports Leetchi in Its Merger with iRaiser Leetchi and iRaiser, two leading online fundraising platforms, are joining forces under a new holding company called Donora to expand their reach in the European market. Leetchi, an online crowdfunding solution accessible to everyone, has acquired iRaiser, a Nantes-based company specializing in donation services for NGOs and operating in 19 European countries. Both Leetchi and iRaiser are now grouped under Donora, with 21 Invest becoming the primary shareholder alongside Advent International, which has held a stake in Leetchi since 2022. This strategic merger of B2B and B2C expertise enables Leetchi to continue its growth across Europe, where the charitable donations market is valued at €50 billion. Arcade Beauty is a pioneer in the manufacture of product sampling and packaging solutions for the perfumery and cosmetics industries. Arcade Beauty’s acquisition of the Rocher group’s perfume business ‘s historic site, which operates in the cosmetics, clothing and home decoration sectors, will benefit employees and secure the future of the site. Arcade Beauty is committed to guaranteeing the development of the perfume business carried on in the factory.
