Elena Baxter, Partner, is a member of the Corporate team. She specialises in cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions and joint ventures. She regularly advises multinational corporations in connection with their investments in France and represents French clients in their cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining Bredin Prat in 1990, she was with the US firm Coudert Brothers for seven years, working in both their New York and Paris offices.

Born in the United States, she was admitted to the Paris Bar (1990) and the New York Bar (1983). She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee (BA, 1979, Summa Cum Laude) and of the University of Virginia School of Law (Juris Doctor, 1982, Order of the Coif).
