Pierre-Henri Durand, Partner at Bredin Prat, is a member of the Tax team.

He practices in the field of French and international tax law and has more than 25 years of experience in advising on the tax aspects of transactions (mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate restructurings) and also assists French and international clients in connection with tax audits and tax litigation matters.

He has written numerous articles, regularly speaks at conferences on French and international tax law and is a lecturer at the business school HEC and the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.
