Alain Recoules joined Arsene in September 2005. He started his professional activity in the tax law firm Arthur Andersen International in 1989. Within Andersen Legal, he takes part in the development of a team specialized in computerized tax audits, in contact with software’s publishers (ERP). He advises on a recurrent basis key multinational groups of companies during tax audits, tax litigations and tax raids. Beyond his expertise in tax controversy, Alain acquired in France and in Europe a characteristic expertise in large-scale distribution, leisure and services computer companies, completed by a strong knowledge of the bank sector and companies management. Alain joined Arsene Taxand in September 2005 as Partner in charge of tax controversy and tax R&D and innovation. Moreover, he continues with defending groups interests, notably within the fiscal litigations framework, particularly in ERP and computer services field. Alain is although member of the Franco-American Chamber of Commerce. Moreover, he writes on a regular basis in Droit Fiscal, Bloomberg and other professional journals.
