Tanguy d’Everlange has developed a renowned expertise in the fields of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate groups restructuring, in France and abroad.

He regularly advises listed and non-listed companies on their purchase or sale of assets or corporate entities, as well as on the creation of joint venture companies.

He also assists his clients in financing transactions and issuance of stock and other equities for the purpose of, amongst others, venture capital, capital growth and leveraged buy-out investments.

Finally, he advises entrepreneurs and executive officers in the organisation of their corporation or group’s governance as well as in the establishment of stock option plans.

Tanguy was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2001, and practised with Shearman & Sterling (Paris and London offices) for nearly 10 years (2001-2010), prior to joining Kalliopé as a partner in 2011.

Tanguy has graduated from Aix-en-Provence university’s Masters in Business and tax law and accounting.

He has also graduated from ESSEC business school in 2001.

Kalliopé assiste de nombreux opérateurs dans le secteur des énergies renouvelables. A la tête de la pratique, Jocelyn Duval dispose d’une solide expertise réglementaire en matière de droit public et de droit de l’environnement, qui est mise à contribution lors de projets et d’opérations portant sur des actifs d’énergies renouvelables. Il intervient notamment en contentieux, en défense des autorisations. Il est aussi le conseil de l’Etat du Tchad dans le développement d’un parc solaire de 32MW dans le pays. Tanguy d’Everlange et Nicolas Contis apportent également leurs contributions pour la gestion des aspects contentieux, commerciaux et de droit des sociétés.
