After practising as a lawyer in departments and major firms, in France and in Senegal, in International Arbitration and Projects, in particular in Africa, since 2005, Capucine du Pac de Marsoulies joined De Gaulle Fleurance Avocats & Associés in 2021. Capucine Davy – du Pac de Marsoulies has developed recognised expertise in international arbitration and major projects, mainly in Africa. Capucine assists her clients, international and French groups as well as African governments, with their investments on the continent in the natural resources (mining, oil, gas), energy and infrastructure sectors, and assists them throughout their projects, from conception to operation. Capucine regularly acts as counsel and arbitrator in institutional or ad hoc arbitration and mediation proceedings (ICC, ICSID, CCJA, PCA, OHADA, etc.), mainly relating to projects developed on the African continent. Capucine has developed an in-depth knowledge of the African continent and OHADA and regional business law (UEMOA, CEMAC, etc.).
