Albane Lancrenon’s practice focuses on business criminal law. After practising as a lawyer in departments and firms specialising in criminal business law, Albane worked for the Enforcement Committee and then the Investigations and Control Department of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers. Since joining our law firm in 2014, she regularly advises, assists and represents executives and companies before the criminal courts (both at the investigation or enquiry stage and before the courts) and in administrative proceedings conducted by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (“AMF”), the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Régulation (“ACPR”) and by the Agence Française Anticorruption (“AFA”). Albane Lancrenon is experienced in both prosecution and defence investigations, and has also developed a compliance practice, particularly in the implementation of anti-corruption compliance measures under the Sapin II law and the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism (LCB-FT). Albane Lancrenon holds a postgraduate diploma (DEA) in general private law (2000) from the University of Paris XII and a master’s degree in private law – judicial careers (1999). She is the liaison officer for France Investissement, the French private equity association, in matters relating to the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
