Ariane Berthoud joined Hoche Avocats in January 2022 after 20 years spent in Hogan Lovells, a leading international law firm. She is the head of Hoche Avocats’ Banking Finance department.
Specialised in financing transactions, Ariane Berthoud advises on all types of transactions, including acquisition finance, LBOs and syndicated credit facilities and project finance. She has also experience in debt restructuring.
She works closely with the other departments of the firm and in particular with the Corporate and Private Equity department, Litigation department and Restructuring department.
She holds a DESS (post graduate degree) in International Business Law from the University Paris X Nanterre and a LL.M from the University of Kent in international and European law.
