Our Intellectual Property, New Technology and Personal Data practice has an excellent reputation in the following areas:

    • Consultancy services (legal opinions and contracts concerning the exploitation, existence and ownership of intellectual property rights, priority searches and monitoring of rights, filing of applications, research and development agreements)
    • Portfolio management (domain names, trade marks, designs, patents)
    • Pre-litigation, judicial and administrative proceedings in France, Europe and around the world.

Our goals

    • To help our clients identify, enhance, exploit and protect their intangible rights and manage disputes.
    • To help them manage their information systems and IT business activities, and advise them on how to protect their personal data, through compliance audits, implementation of data management procedures and dispute management.

Distinctive Features

    • An international network of correspondents, developed over more than 30 years.
    • 360° trademark expertise: we support our clients from the initial project or business launch strategy, handle filings (including clearance searches, formalities, and management of administrative disputes before trademark offices), draft and negotiate exploitation agreements, and represent clients in litigation. To date, the team manages over 3,500 trademarks worldwide.
    • We also conduct IP audits prior to acquisitions.
    • Cross-functional and complementary support across all IP/IT/Data Protection issues encountered.
    • Close, tailored support aligned with our clients’ needs, particularly in the context of project launches.
    • Development of a dedicated offering for influencer marketing activities, notably through a privileged partnership with the Union des Métiers de l'Influence et des Créateurs de Contenu (UMICC), including participation in the federation’s Legal Committee.
