Labour and Employment Law
At all stages of the individual or collective labour relationship, whether harmonious or conflictual, we assist our client, legal department, human resources department or manager, to optimise the quality of the relationship, aware that it is essential to the successful completion of the overall project, whether it is a company or individual project.
Our department dedicated to labor law operates in the following areas:
Individual labour relations: Employment contracts, disciplinary law, mobility, dismissal for personal or economic reasons, negotiation of termination, status of managers, investigation of harassment and discrimination (...).
Collective labour relations: Establishment and management of staff representative institutions, negotiation of collective status, working hours, workforce reduction, restructuring operations and acquisition audits (...).
Litigation: Individual and collective litigation before the labour courts (dismissal, harassment and discrimination, working hours, strikes, interpretation of collective agreements, etc.), the administrative courts (dismissal of protected employees, PSE, etc.), the Social Security Chamber, the arbitration commission for journalists and the criminal courts (concealed work, industrial accidents, obstruction of justice, etc.) in collaboration with the Dispute Resolution Department.
Training: Organisation of in-company training courses on all subjects of employment law.
