The practice also provides comprehensive coverage across tribunals and administrative and judicial court proceedings, handling a broad range of contractual, bankruptcy and environmental insurance claim engagements. Criminal cases, company law disputes and tort matters are also taken on. Former commercial court official Martín Beretervide leads the practice and is recognised for his work across bankruptcy, international arbitration and corporate litigation. Former judge and former practice head Carlos M. Rotman remains an immense presence, offering sophisticated insight into arbitration and litigation matters gleaned during a career spanning more than four decades. Other key partners include experienced commercial and investment treaty arbitration lawyer Ignacio Minorini Lima, banking and finance expert Matías López Figueroa and disputes and bankruptcy specialist Francisco Camauer, who joined the team in 2023.
