Mitrani Caballero handles institutional and ad hoc arbitration proceedings as well as lawsuits before all levels of the Argentine court system. The practice litigates on civil, commercial, labour, IP, regulatory and tax matters and also handles class actions and conflict prevention work. The practice is co-led by experienced litigator Cristian Krüger, who is known for his contractual disputes expertise, and versatile corporate lawyer Carlos Eliçabe, who has a solid civil and commercial litigation practice. The team also draws on the vast experience of Horacio Ruiz Moreno, who is regularly sought out to act as counsel in ICSID and ICC arbitrations and advises clients on public, bankruptcy and commercial law matters before domestic courts.
