Mitrani Caballero provides a full suite of IP legal services and covers the registration, protection and licensing of patents, trade marks, trade secrets, copyright, software, entertainment content and technology. The practice is particularly well known for its work on complex IP matters, including the coordination of cross-border licensing, R&D and litigation cases, and also handles IP due diligence in M&A deals, and contract drafting and negotiation. The team is lead by seasoned IP lawyer Ignacio Bérèterbide, who has extensive experience in advisory, prosecution, litigation, and transactional work related to trade marks, patents and other intellectual property rights.
