Bomchil has long been a key port of call for investors and corporates seeking advice on telecoms regulatory matters, with the firm having played a leading role in the privatisation and deregulation of the industry in Argentina. The practice represents its longstanding telecoms client base before regulatory authorities, handles legal disputes, including class actions, and assists with negotiations and the drafting of peer-to-peer agreements between operators. The firm is also active in the content production and entertainment industry, advising on contractual, distribution and regulatory matters.
