Binder Grösswang

Working closely with the firm’s M&A, banking and disputes team, Binder Grösswang takes on a broad variety of procurement tasks, including assisting bidders in preparing offers for tenders seeking IT services and representing clients in challenging award decisions. The practice is headed by Johannes Barbist, whose experience in state aid and competition law allows him to assist both tenders and bidders with remaining compliant with Austrian and EU regulations, and Regina Kröll, a specialist in regulatory issues.
