The dedicated team at Doulah & Doulah regularly works on high-value transactions with a cross-border dimension. It has considerable experience in advising on syndicated Islamic and conventional financing, as well as export credit agency-backed financing. The group has increasingly been advising on aviation financing, especially on lease financing. Recently, it has been appointed to advise on several matters relating to the securitisation of aircraft leased by Bangladeshi operators. In addition, its fintech practice is expanding. Practice head A.B.M. Nasirud Doulah frequently advises on major project financings, and on other matters such as inbound investments into Bangladesh.
