Representing four key companies in the media and entertainment industry, namely: Rossel; JC Decaux, RTL and IPM, in proceedings before the Belgian Council of State to challenge the lawfulness of the new advertising rules on games of chance in Belgium. The court case is currently pending.
Acting for The National Hockey League in an agreement between the NHL and Betway (U.S.). For this agreement in particular, the NHL acquired legal analysis regarding the different jurisdictions where Betway was allowed to operate and advertise in Europe.
