PPO Indacochea acts for a stellar client list drawn from a rull range of sectors (from banking to telecoms to manufacturing) on matters ranging from commercial disputes and antitrust cases to judicial debt collection and probate litigation; out-of-court settlements are another of the team’s strengths. The firm’s arbitration team also enjoys a high success rate in commercial and investment arbitration, including in cross-border disputes. Lindsay Sykes heads both the compliance and international arbitration teams; she has particuarly extensive experience in cross-border dispute resolution. Alejandro Pemintel co-heads the litigation department and his successful disputes practice also encompasses mediation, negotiation and prejudicial reconciliation. At senior associate level, Luz Marina Iriarte is an expert in labour and civil litigation, including individual and collective bargaining processes, labour reorganisations and social security matters; while Marcelo Longaric represents clients in civil, commercial and administrative litigation and has experience in conciliation and arbitration proceedings. Fernando Escobar heads the firm’s appeals and last instance remedies work, representing clients before the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Tribunal. From the associate bench: Juan Pablo Sanchez plays a key role in civil litigation and commercial arbitration, particularly in the IP and data protection areas.
