Practice co-head Daniel Gumucio is an expert litigator, with a particular focus on civil, labour and commercial disputes. He leads the team alongside Ximena Gumucio, who represents national and international clients in social, civil and criminal litigation. Since publication, the firm ha hired Bruno Fernando Cuéllar - formerly a senior associate at Ferrere - as a partner; an expert in proecedural law, complex arbitraiton, and civil, commercial and labour litigation, among other matters, he will head up the firm's contentious offering - effective as of February 2025.
