The practice has significant expertise in advising on national and EU competition law matters, including the competition aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and issues of antitrust and abuse of a dominant position. Recent significant clients and matters include advising energy company Unipromet before the national competition council against Sarajevogas in abuse of a dominant position proceedings.
