Armando Monteiro Bisneto and João Carlos Lima da Cruz co-lead the practice, both of whom share extensive experience in government relations. Bisneto is recognised for his breadth of expertise which covers tax, public financing, and compliance, while Cruz concentrates on tax, technology and regulatory impact analysis.
