Department leader Diego Billi Falcão handles the full array of corporate and M&A mandates, with a special focus on the banking and pharmaceutical sectors. Amanda Salis Guazzelli is noted for her experience in the negotiation of strategic investments, and issues related to the agribusiness and real estate segments. Also part of the core team, Fernando Henrique Saboia Silva is engaged in corporate governance, contracts and related disputes.
