Ashurst ADTLaw‘s Brunei practice is heavily engaged in major projects in cooperation with Brunei’s Vision 2035 initiative. As such, the team works closely with Brunei’s public sector, and is a key port of call for dispute resolution and advisory roles for oil and gas, infrastructure projects, utilities facilities, and other public entities. The department’s workload includes contract negotiation and the drafting of major infrastructure and power projects, in addition to activity in transactional and advisory roles for public enterprise services, such as Darussalam Enterprise in pursuing its aim of cultivating local entrepreneurship and productivity as part of Brunei Vision 2035.
