Doña Riveaux

Doña Riveaux's four-member labour and employment practice focuses on ongoing labour law-related corporate matters, high-stakes litigation and collective bargaining. The team is co-led by Santiago Doña, who is an expert in collective bargaining, labour litigation lawsuits and general labour law advice; and Margarita Riveaux, who acts for companies on a range of labour and social security issues, particularly in relation to labour-related disputes and due diligence processes. In a boost to the team, Fernanda Laborde Poblete joined as senior associate from PAGBAM Schwencke Chile in January 2024.
