‘Delivering solutions in a timely manner’, Albagli Zaliasnik’s labour and employment group acts for clients from the technology, pharmaceuticals, banking, and oil and gas sectors (among others). The practice routinely advises on hiring processes, compensation, employment terminations and subcontracting, along with labour litigation, due diligence, corporate policies and collective bargaining. The department is led by ’very good labour specialist’ Jorge Arredondo; while in the associate team, senior Jocelyn Aros is experienced in labour and pension law, and Felipe Neira focuses on individual and collective labour law matters. Since publication, Aros has been promoted to associate practice director - effective as of April 2025.
