The group’s principal practitioners are Juan Carlos Méndez, who has ‘recognised experience in real estate issues’, and is a specialist in the acquisition and sale of real estate assets, such as residential, commercial, office, social housing, and mixed-use retail properties; and ’great lawyer’ Domingo Edwards, a corporate, real estate, zoning and financing expert, who assists with the project developments of retailers, insurers, investment funds, family offices, and construction and real estate companies. In the firm’s associate team, Iván Torrealba is an April 2023 recruit from Prieto Abogados, who is experienced in real estate, urban planning, project development and regulatory matters; while Francisca Gatica advises on large real estate project developments. Former associate Laura Salazar departed the firm in January 2024.
