Urenda, Rencoret, Orrego y Dörr's five-strong real estate and construction team advises on real estate project developments, including due diligence work, and the negotiation of joint venture, purchase and construction agreements. It also assists with project financing, the obtaining of administrative authorisations and real estate property sales. The group is co-led by Gonzalo Errázuriz, who assists with a wide range of real estate issues; and Felipe Rencoret Portales, who acts on real estate matters, alongside banking and finance (including project finance) mandates. Associate Andrés Siles is also a key real estate and construction team member.
