Acting for major real estate and construction companies, along with institutional investors, the firm’s 12-strong real estate and infrastructure team assists at every stage of real estate project development. Its expertise ranges from financings, the creation of appropriate tax structures, and the processing of all necessary permits, to urban law-related regulatory issues and the final delivery of constructed buildings. In addition to housing, office, commercial and industrial centre project development, the group is increasingly active in relation to rental-sector multifamily buildings, as well as warehouse and storage centre projects. The team is jointly led by residential, office, industrial and commercial real estate development expert, Montserrat Valverde, who ’addresses difficult situations while looking for creative solutions’; Juan Eduardo Troncoso, who acts for institutional investors on the structuring of financings, rentals and developments; and Diego Marín, an experienced adviser to real estate and construction companies on tender reviews and the formation of consortia for projects.
