Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos’ ‘tax team is made up of highly-qualified professionals with extensive experience’. The seven-strong department, which fuses tax experience with corporate law, litigation and mining expertise, is led by ’brilliant lawyer’ and tax litigator Javier Cerón. Providing key support at associate level, senior María Paz De Carcer acts for corporate and HNW individuals on tax structuring, as well as domestic and international tax matters; fellow associated Brian Bustos, Tamara Campos, Ivanna Olsen and Elizabeth Paya are also key tax team members. Since publication, Paz de Carcer has been raised to the partnership - effective as of January 2025.
