Hui Ye Law Firm‘s team's client base includes enterprises in the AI, telecoms and IT sectors.  The group is jointly led from Shanghai by Tianhang Li, Chunlin (Ramon) Huang and Yuhang Shi. Li’s expertise encompasses cybersecurity, data compliance and anti-fraud investigations; Huang specialises in tech and telecoms-related data protection matters; and Shi is particularly experienced in advising on compliant data handling and related risk reduction. Joanne Qian has a particular focus on network, corporate governance and data privacy, while Roy Zhu is equipped to handle cybersecurity and data privacy matters for clients in the finance, real estate and consumer sectors.
