Anli Partners is geared to advise on personal information, privacy protection and cross-border transmission matters for TMT sector clients, amongst others. The team is jointly led from the Beijing office by Wei Luo, Matthew Yeung and Junqi Xu. Lei excels in assisting with matters relating to the internet, big data, AI and payment services. Yeung specialises in cybersecurity and data compliance, frequently assisting central enterprises, financial institutions, to start-up companies therein, while Xu focuses on data and network security compliance and legislative work.
