Originally exiting to Deloitte (Colombia) In February 2024, a four strong team originally from CMM Estudio Legal, moved to Esguerra JHR in June 2025. At partner level, the team features practice co-heads Freddy Navarrete and Alejandro Mejía, both of whom bring extensive experience in risk prevention, administrative investigations and criminal proceedings. The pair have experienced support in the form of senior associates Juan Pablo Coy, who acts as project leader of the corporate criminal law unit, and senior associate María Camila González. Key representative clients include major domestic and multinational companies operating in the energy, fintech, retail and TMT sectors, among others.
