Entering the market in July 2025 following its merger with Colombia’s Gómez-Pinzón Abogados, Pérez-Llorca ‘stands out for the quality of its legal professionals’, according to satisfied clients. Acting for a broad mix of corporate, state and semi-state entities, the team’s experience encompasses public tenders, infrastructure projects, administrative procedures and public law disputes. Paola Larrahondo spearheads the practice and specialises in administrative law, government contracts, PPPs, and contentious matters; she recently advised the National Planning Department (DNP) on the preparation of a contractual and post-contractual management guide for infrastructure projects structured under PPP schemes.
