Oriented towards constitutional and administrative law litigation, Ariza & Marin’s public law practice continued to gain traction during 2024/25, recording significant growth in administrative, disciplinary and fiscal liability proceedings. Public law, projects and dispute resolution partner, Carolina Ariza, heads the team, with strong support from María Paz Restrepo, who serves as associate director of the public law group; together they are highlighted for their ‘availability to assist clients whenever needed’.
